RosehipPLUS Product Reviews + GIVEAWAY

RosehipPLUS is an Australian owned family business that prides itself on sourcing and producing the finest Rosehip products that enhance inner health and beauty.

I was lucky to receive the entire range of RosehipPLUS products at the recent Sydney Glamour Affair event. You can read more about the Glamour Affair event here.

RosehipPLUS Products

I've been using the majority of these RosehipPLUS products for over a month now during Sydney's cold and dehydrating winter and I absolutely love them. They have been so nourishing and moisturising for my mature 40+ year old skin.

RosehipPLUS - Pure & Natural Rosehip Oil RRP: $19.95 30ml, $29.95 50ml

RosehipPLUS Rosehip Oil

RosehipPLUS Rosehip Oil is a 100% pure and natural Australian Certified Organic skincare product, cold pressed from the seeds of the Rosehip fruit.

Rosehip oil is rich in naturally occurring vitamins, antioxidants and essential fatty acids including Omega 3, 6 and 9.

Rosehip oil may have the following benefits and uses:
  • reduce the appearance of stretchmarks and scars
  • maintain skin hydration and softness
  • improve appearance of dry and sensitive skin
  • minimise the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles
  • promote skin elasticity.
I've been using three to four drops of RosehipPLUS Rosehip oil massaged into my face nightly after my shower, after cleansing my face. I follow this up with massaging in the RosehipPLUS Nourishing Night Cream. Both these products absorb quickly into my skin and in the morning I've been waking up with beautifully soft, smooth, radiant and hydrated skin. Yay!

Rosehip oil is also a great multi-tasking product. In addition to using it on my face I have also been using it to:
  • soften the cuticles around my nails
  • combat the dry skin on my heels, knees and elbows
  • tame my fine, flyaway hair
  • nourish the ends of my hair.
Despite all these uses of my RosehipPLUS Rosehip oil the level of product in my bottle has hardly dropped at all. A few drops of this oil go a long way! I suspect this one 30ml bottle will last me all through winter and beyond!

RosehipPLUS - Pure & Natural Rosehip Oil Skin Boost Roll-On RRP: $14.95 15 ml

RosehipPLUS Rosehip Oil Skin Boost Roll-On

The packaging of this product is brilliant! The only slight negative I have had about rosehip oils in the past has been that the packaging has not been travel friendly. I've always been hesitant to take it away with me on holidays or pop it into my handbag as I've been scared the bottle would break or leak and I would have oil throughout my bag!

Well now I need worry no longer! This nifty Rosehip Oil Skin Boost Roll-On comes in a secure plastic tube with a massaging roller ball top, and a screw on plastic lid. How convenient is this! I can now securely and safely throw this product into my handbag for beauty touch ups on the run during the day and when I go away on holidays with no fear of breakages or spillage. Pure genius RosehipPLUS!

The roller ball top allows for precision application of the oil to where I need it most, namely reducing the fine lines and wrinkles around my delicate eye area. When I'm out and about I can now easily apply this oil hygienically, without getting my hands oily. I love it!

RoseHipPLUS - Pure & Natural Hydrating Day Cream RRP: $19.95 75 ml

RosehipPLUS Hydrating Day Cream & Nourishing Night Cream

I've been using the RosehipPLUS Hydrating Day Cream daily in the mornings under my makeup. I like the lovely light consistency of this day cream, it hydrates my skin well and absorbs quickly, creating a smooth hydrated base surface for my makeup.

Like the other RosehipPLUS products, including the Nourishing Night Cream, this is also a 100% pure and natural Australian Certified Organic skincare product. The key ingredients include RosehipPLUS Rosehip Oil, Chamomile, Avocado Oil and Rose Geranium.

RoseHipPLUS - Pure & Natural Nourishing Night Cream RRP: $29.95 50 ml

RosehipPLUS Hydrating Day Cream & Nourishing Night Cream

The final product in the RosehipPLUS range that I tried was the Nourishing Night Cream.
The key ingredients include RosehipPLUS Rosehip Oil, Cocoa Seed Butter, Jojoba Seed Oil and Shea Butter.

The Nourishing Night Cream comes in an air pump dispenser bottle, great for easy and hygienic dispensing.

As detailed above I've been using this product in conjunction with the Rosehip Oil following my daily evening shower, after cleansing my face. Like the day cream I've found the night cream to also have a lovely light consistency and to absorb quickly into my skin. In the mornings I've been waking up with beautifully soft, smooth, radiant and hydrated skin. It's no wonder I love these products.

I'd definitely recommend these products as effective hydration skincare products which result in a radiant, healthier looking skin. The fact that they are Australian Certified Organic and contain 100% pure and natural ingredients is a huge bonus in my eyes!

  1. I've had one bottle of Rosehip oil in my life, but my kids were younger and life was crazy so I totally forgot about it. Now I'm older and wrinkly I really want to give it another try. Skin hydration tips for winter - always make sure you have lip balm and moisturizer in your hand bag, nothing is worse than having chapped lips or dry skin and having to wait to get home to fix it.

I started using it on my face now and then but swapped it out for a serum I had the chance to try, and since my skin reacted so badly to the serum I'm waiting on it to calm down again before I go trying something new haha!

So I haven't entered the giveaway, but good luck to those who have!

  44. I love these products & always use the rosehip oil prior to night cream & always use day cream with SPF. I have dry ageing sensitive skin which these products suit perfectly. I also try to keep my water intake up during winter even though I am not as thirsty as it is important for skin hydration. I also always use moisturising protective lip balm when I go outdoors as my lips tend to dry out from the harsh wind & cold weather. Rosehip oil is also great on dry hands & a few drops go a long way.

    ReplyDelete
  58. my daughter uses this product all the time....it is amazing

  59. I can definitely vouch for RosehipPlus because it's what I use and the change in my skin has been incredible especially considering in Winter it does get dehydrated. I use RosehipPlus in the evening after cleansing and toning, I then add a light moisturiser on top..this sets my skin up for the night. I wake up and my skin doesn't feel dry, it has maintained it' moisture. If I have woken up though and it feels it could need a bit of a moisture boost, I add the RosehipPlus to my face after cleansing and toning in the morning and put a light day moisturiser as well. Incredibly, my pores are also smaller and skin clear because my face isn't overcompensating for moisture. I could go on and on...love it.

  60. I love this brand of Rosehip Oil, and it's a bonus that it is both certified organic and also Australian. On those cold dry winter days a smear on my freshly cleansed and slightly damp face is so comforting and protective.

    ReplyDelete
  61. Rosehip oil is so so good for aging skin. For some reason all the ones I've tried have been too stimulating for my skin and break me out. Maybe some day I'll be able to use it and get all the wonderful benefits. Really wish I could use this type of oil!

    ReplyDelete
  62. I use Rosehip Plus Rose Hip Oil at night with a night time moisturiser, complete hydration!

    ReplyDelete
  63. I use it constantly on my face under a moisturizer or aloneand mix with makeup for sheer effects

    ReplyDelete
  64. Yes I do use rosehip occasionally on my face after a break up. Drink plenty of water and keep your skin moisturised.

    ReplyDelete
  65. Yes I use rise hip on my body especially in my stretch marks. In winter I use body scrubs that leaves that gorgeous oil on my skin.

    ReplyDelete
  66. Yes I do, it's great for dry skin!

    ReplyDelete
